The operating association provides its Internet services subject to the following terms and conditions of use:

1. The operating association is responsible as a service provider pursuant to §7 para. 1 TMG (Telemediengesetz – Telemedia Act) for its own content that it makes available for utilisation, in accordance with generally applicable provisions. The liability for damages of a material or non-material kind caused by the utilisation of the content is excluded, except in cases of intentional conduct or gross negligence.
2. To the extent that a third party is the author of any text, the respective author will be identified by name. In these cases, the author of the respective document or, respectively, his/her principal is responsible for the content.
3. Pursuant to §8 - §10 TMG, the operating association is not obliged to monitor the third-party information transmitted or stored by it or to look for circumstances indicating unlawful activities.
4. The operating association expressly refrains from adopting the content of the third-party websites made accessible as part of its service by way of hyperlinks and therefore cannot make any assurances as to the correctness of their content, completeness and availability. The operating association has no influence on the current and future design and content of the linked websites.

Any access to our server will be registered. The date, computer address and the document read will be stored. This data may be evaluated for statistical purposes and, as the case may be, published in anonymised form. With the use of our servers, you agree to the foregoing. In case you do not agree with this procedure, you are free to refrain from using our Internet service.

By judgement of 12 May 1998, the District Court Hamburg decided that by providing a link a party may become liable for the content of the linked website. According to the District Court, this may only be prevented by an express disassociation from such content.
